Easter Reflections: God & Us

April 5, 2026 — Sitting at church, listening to the sermon, John 15:5 pops into my head:

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5

As humans—us—we live in this God-created “bubble.” We are dimension-constrained, we are time-limited, and we must operate within the rules of the universe. Our small minds are limited because God made it so.

There are other religions, mainly Buddhism, that believe through practicing mind over body we can become like God. Yet even in those teachings, the core practice is to let go, to follow the natural path, and not fight against nature—because we are simply part of it.

So it all comes down to this one law from God:

“If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.”

Traditional church teaching tells us this means we must follow the Bible and Jesus’ teachings to gain spiritual salvation. But this is not fully what God is saying—or you may ask, who are we to say that? Just continue reading.

We have four components to our life:

  1. Our spiritual journey
  2. Our family journey
  3. Our career journey
  4. Our journey regarding immortality

So how are all these related to God and Jesus—our Savior who lives in us?

1. Our Spiritual Journey

As humans, the thing we struggle with most is our life purpose—why are we here?

Jesus has already shown us: the only purpose of human life is to glorify God. Whatever we do, whatever we struggle through, both our life and our death are meant to glorify Him.

There is no “why” we are created this way. It is simply how this dimension is designed. We will never be able to go beyond the limits God has placed on this dimension.

2. Our Family Journey

Jesus never married. To Him, His disciples, His community, and His followers were His family. He served them—with wine, with fish, with love.

Our family life should be the same. We should serve our community, serve our fellow brothers and sisters, serve those who stand by us, and be willing to wash their feet.

3. Our Career Journey

Jesus did not have a traditional career, yet He worked as a teacher, served as a healer, and guided others like a counselor.

He showed us that our career should follow the same path. When we work, we should mentor and teach. We should help others stand up, help them see again.

Our professional life is not just about making money—it is about guiding others toward success.

4. Our Fear of Death

As humans, we are always afraid of death.

Time is a boundary God placed in this dimension. But Jesus already answered this fear: we are here for a purpose that God has given each of us. We are not here randomly, like a tree.

When we complete our purpose, we move on—just as Jesus did when He died at 33 and returned to where He came from.

The fear of death is something within us that challenges us, pushing us into a corner where we question life itself.

On this Easter Sunday, we celebrate life. We celebrate that God gave His Son to teach us how to live.

He lives in us, and we shall have life.

If you are struggling with life, do what Jesus did—go to a quiet place and pray. In time, you will find your answer.

God never forsakes any of His children, if you believe in Him.

Journey of Faith

I will start writing more about my spiritual journey and what I learned through my own struggle and discovery.

I was judged, I judged, I explored, and discovered.

Who am I? I believe I am here to tell you who God really is and why we are here, and where we are going.  You don't need to follow me, discover your own journey, and follow GOD.  He is a very personal Being, just like US. He listens and guides.

Time & Relationships

The Moment

Our Journey

Our Journey

Time isn't just a measured segment—it's a human idea. In nature, only the present truly exists. Real connection thrives in the now, not in passing moments or durations. Love and relationships are about meaning in each present, not the length of time.

Our Journey

Our Journey

Our Journey

Our story unfolds beyond our control. Every step aligns with a pre-set path. How we experience this journey — the lessons, pace, and growth — is within our influence.

Connected

Our Journey

Connected

Relationships are the invisible energy connecting us all. They shape our growth, transformation, and purpose beyond just the measure of time.

Sex Addiction&stress

Stress

As part of human genome, we do not particularly deal with stress well.  Human was created by God, taken care by God, then we were kicked out of that comfort zone.  We must deal with survival, relationship, death, feeding ourselves on daily basis.  We are not even talking about our desires yet, desire to get more material things, desire to get more mental comforts.  Stress is in our daily life, agree or not, not everyone deals with stress the same way or well. We find different ways to heal ourselves on daily basis.  I, for one, found sex to be my way of quickly resolve my stress and move forward.

Sex

Sex is a natural way to create intimacy, connection and release of stress.  It was one of the magic thing God created for human to bond and related.  But it is also a quick way to fall as it takes away reasons and rational and leads to lust and self-indulgent.  Not just men, women also uses sex to release their stress, but we only talk about men have sex addictions, women also too.  We thought sex is a bonding moment, but many of us failed to realize it is also a drug if we use it to deal with our own stress, and sometimes uses money with sex to get quick relief, it leads to more life issues later as we mis-undertstand love vs sex, connections from chemical reaction vs connections from our soul. I'm sure whether it's sex addiction or porn addiction, many men and women uses this to find bonding and relief.

Connection

Connection, as I grew up, I didn't have any connections, so I always look for quick connections but with slow trust.  It makes me very easy to be accepted but never develop into anything deeper.  It is something I always wanted and even gave up some own moral rules in order to get that trusted deeper connections.  And I found I have more trust in women, and the quickest way to build that bond with women is through sex.  It helps me to build the connections and someone that I can talk to and regulate my own stress.  I just found men are generally less interested in getting into deeper conversations about life or future.  It is a strange combination for me as I uses sex and connections to release my stress to be able to move my life forward.  It is becoming a way of minimize others pain and maximimize my own pleasure sensory to survive my own incompetence in dealing with life and stress.  I'm sure many of us do the same thing.
